NERDBOX Timelapse projects are charged per month, with a minimum charge for 5 months. Get in touch for pricing on shorter projects. Reduce your monthly rate by committing to longer term engagement or more cameras.
- The above pricing is valid when all cameras are installed at the same site and at the same dates.
We provide
The following is all included within the monthly plan
- Montage & Demontage
- When all cameras are installed at the same site and at the same dates, the technician is included. Extra technician dates are charged with kr 4.495,00 per day.
- Wireless 4G internet plan
- Image Capture & Back-Up
- Monitoring, Service & Support
- Everyday we check that everything is running according to plan. In the unlikely event of something not going according to plan, we are immediately notified with automated alarms, and we set out to make it right, with remote access tools or physical presence.
- Production of the Final Film
- Editing and processing the footage, adding music, titles, infographics, logos and more.
- Access to Web App
- At app.nerdbox.dk you and your teammates get access to images from the entire project
You provide
The following is yours to provide (unless you want our help with that? See Add-Ons)
- Access to the place of montage
- Sometimes a lift is needed to get to the place of montage. Or a contact person with insider knowledge of the project - or simply a key.
- 230v mains power
- A dedicated weatherproof grounded outlet close to the place of montage.
- The element to mount the camera on
- Typically a wall, a roof or a solid lattice mast, suitable for mounting the equipment.
add-ons
The following is not included in the monthly plan, but is offered at an added cost
- Offgrid/Solar
- If 230v is not possible, we offer an Offgrid/Solar power solution. It can limit the amount of images we can capture per day, though - especially during winter.
- Lattice mast
- If needed, we help you book the rental, transport and montage of a dedicated lattice mast through Zeppelin Rental. Typically 6m, 12m, 18m, or 24m.
- Drone or handheld video shoot
- Adding drone footage to the timelapse video is a great way to spice up the production value. Or let's go handheld and shoot interviews & b-roll to tell the story behind the project.
- Premium filtering & editing
- If you are reaching for the sky, we deploy specialized tools, to treat your timelapse footage to the highest standards possible.
1st step: Site inspection
Book a non-binding site inspection
Together, we’ll find the best place for mounting the camera and go through the various options for a successful time lapse capture. An in-person meeting at the site is always preferred, but a virtual inspection based on visualisations, construction site plans and google maps is also an option. Based on your specific requests you will get a formal quote.
